Parkside Terrace — Interactive Directory
A modern interactive building directory for a multi-tenant office building — replacing a static, manually updated directory with a cloud-managed digital signage system that can be updated remotely in seconds.
The challenge
What needed to change
Parkside Terrace's existing building directory was a static, manually updated board that looked outdated and required physical effort every time a tenant moved in, moved out, or changed suite numbers. Property management wanted a modern, visually appealing solution that could be updated instantly without sending someone to physically modify the directory — and that would reflect the professional image of the building and its tenants.
The solution
What we delivered
Media Nexus designed and installed a digital signage solution centered on an LG 55-inch interactive touch screen display panel, mounted in the building's main lobby. The system runs on NoviSign's cloud-based content and media management platform, allowing property management to update tenant listings, add announcements, display building information, and manage all content remotely from any device. The interactive touch interface lets visitors search for tenants, browse available suites, and view building amenities — transforming a passive directory into an engaging, useful tool for both visitors and property staff.
The outcome
The result
The new interactive directory has modernized the building's first impression, giving visitors and prospective tenants a polished, professional experience from the moment they walk in. Property management can now update the directory instantly from anywhere — no more printing, no more physical changes, no more outdated listings. The cloud-based platform also makes it easy to add new content types in the future, such as event announcements, building news, or promotional content for available suites.
