Bridge Commercial — Lenox Training Room & Lounge
Presentation, conferencing, and professional audio for a corporate training room, with commercial AV throughout the adjacent lounge — brought together through an RTI wall-mounted touchscreen.
The challenge
What needed to change
Bridge Commercial needed a training room that could support presentations and conferencing with adequate sound throughout the space, alongside background audio in the adjacent lounge. The project also called for coordinated control of the AV and conferencing equipment, so staff could manage the training room and shared lounge areas through a practical, unified interface.
The solution
What we delivered
Media Nexus designed and integrated the training room's presentation and conferencing system and extended commercial AV throughout the adjoining lounge areas. An Alfatron conferencing camera and Audix ceiling microphones support the meeting experience, while Yamaha DSP provides audio processing for the installed sound system. RTI brings the systems together through a wall-mounted touchscreen, giving staff a central interface for presentation sources, displays, audio levels, and AV operation. The integrated design supports the different needs of the two spaces: presentation and conference audio in the training room, and background sound and displays throughout the lounge.
The outcome
The result
The training room and adjacent lounge now share a coordinated AV system built around their distinct uses. Presentations and conferencing are supported by integrated camera, microphone, and audio-processing equipment, while the lounge has commercial AV for everyday use. The RTI wall-mounted touchscreen brings control of the equipment into one interface, giving staff a consistent way to operate the connected spaces.
